Shipping & delivery

Aspire One is a digital service. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods, no shipping charges and no delivery address to give.

How access is delivered

• Access is delivered online, to your Aspire One account, on the website.
• It starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute of paying. Open your Profile page to see it activate; the page checks automatically.
• You use it by logging in with the email you signed up with. No software or file needs to be sent or installed.
• The subscription runs for one year from the payment and renews yearly until you cancel it.

If access has not started

If your payment went through but your account still shows no access after a few minutes, email aspireoneupsc@gmail.com with the payment ID and the email you signed up with. We reply within 2 working days, and fix it or refund you; see Refunds & cancellation.
