Aspire One is run by PLACEHOLDER: your full name (PLACEHOLDER: city, state). This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and who else handles it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), or your name, email and profile identifier if you sign in with Google.
  • What you do in the app: your study tracker (tasks, goals, study sessions, revision schedule), saved and read-later items, favourites, inspiration wall cards, and display preferences such as theme and language.
  • Sign-in records: your active sessions, so we can limit an account to 3 devices and sign you out of an older one.
  • Payment status: whether you have an active subscription and its dates. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout; we never see or store them.

How we use it

To run your account, show your own data back to you, take and confirm payment, send account emails (verification, password reset), and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the site.
  • Neon: hosts our database (in Singapore).
  • Razorpay: processes payments and subscriptions.
  • Resend: sends our account emails.
  • Google: only if you choose "Sign in with Google".

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and small cookies or local storage for preferences such as theme and language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. To have your account and its data deleted, or to see or correct what we hold, email PLACEHOLDER: contact email from your registered address and we will act on it within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
