Refunds

The Aspire One subscription (₹799/year) is not refundable. Please look at the pricing, the features and the Terms before you pay. If you were charged twice for the same subscription by mistake, or something went wrong with the payment, a duplicate subscription payment is refunded automatically; for anything else, write to us and we will fix it or refund the extra charge.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from your Profile page.
• Cancelling stops the next yearly renewal. You keep full access until the end of the year you have already paid for.
• If you do not cancel, the subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price shown at renewal.

Payment problems

If money left your account but your access did not start, email PLACEHOLDER: contact email with the payment ID and the email you signed up with. We reply within 2 working days.
