Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

By creating an account or using Aspire One you agree to these terms. The service is provided by PLACEHOLDER: your full name (PLACEHOLDER: city, state).

The service

Aspire One is a study aid for UPSC aspirants: current affairs summaries, notes, practice questions, a study tracker and atlases. Some content is prepared with the help of automated tools and may contain mistakes. It is a supplement to, not a replacement for, official sources and your own judgement. We do not guarantee any exam result.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account is for one person. An account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time; signing in on a fourth signs out the oldest.
  • Do not share, resell or copy the paid content, or use scripts to download it in bulk.

Subscription and payment

Full access costs ₹799/year, paid through Razorpay. The subscription renews every year until you cancel it from your profile. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the year you have paid for. Payments are not refundable; see Refunds & cancellation.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, try to access other people's data, or post content on the inspiration wall that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights. We may suspend an account that does.

Content and ownership

The site, its notes, summaries and design belong to us or our licensors. Your own entries (tasks, notes you add, wall cards) remain yours; you let us store and show them to you so the service works.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current year.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: Contact. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
